All Shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail/Global Priority Mail.

Regarding overseas shipments (to Canada and all other areas outside the USA), Purchasers are responsible for the payment of any custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
We strongly advise all Clients to plan ahead as best as possible as we have no control over transit times for deliveries especially when considering Customs offices, Holidays and Severe Weather.
Should your purchase arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately on the day of receipt. Please contact us via email. Please retain all packaging. Do not discard any portion of the mailer or damaged contents. We will advise you promptly.
