Our Mission to our Clients is as follows:
1. To answer any questions you may have in less than 24 hours.
2. To process your order and make Shipment within 24 hours of receipt of your cleared payment.
3. All orders are triple-checked before leaving the premises to insure you are receiving the exact item you ordered.
4. We are a smoke-free invironment. All fabrics are stored and all costumes are manufactured and stored in smoke-free, climate controlled rooms.
5. We have a No Return Policy for Hygiene reasons.
All costumes are 100% Brand New. They are absolutely clean and have never been tried on, never been performed in, and have never been on display in windows, shops, etc.
6. We do ship Monday-Friday (except in the case of Holidays). Tracking information can be provided upon request.
7. All payments are accepted via Paypal. You have the option of making your Paypal payment by using your Paypal funds, Major Credit Cards or Electronic Checking.
Cash, personal checks and money orders are not accepted.
